International Talent Programme
Our ITP Programme prepares you for a future role within ING. During the two-year traineeship, you’ll work in at least three different teams (three rotations of six months) before you finalize the programme in a fixed position in the business. To ensure that you gain a thorough understanding of our core business and are equipped with the latest skillset, you will follow training courses related to both banking and to your track of choice.
IT Track
Our IT traineeship prepares high potentials for instance for a future role as a Development Engineer, (Cyber) Security Specialist or IT Chapter Lead. Are you keen to work with the best in class and state-of-the-art software? Do you want to help us build a new type of bank? Yes? Then the IT traineeship at ING is ideal for you!
Analytics Track
Our Analytics traineeship prepares high potentials for a role as a Data Scientist, Data Modeler or Data Engineer. Are you keen to work as a data science expert across the entire bank and to get to know lots of different departments within ING? To tackle really huge datasets? And to work with real data? Then we have the right place for you to grow!

ING IT Class
The IT Class programme gives talented IT graduates the necessary grounding to become top IT specialists. The IT Class has been specially developed for recent graduates with a technical master’s degree or PhD who have set their sights on reaching the top of the IT profession. Starters with the right amount of drive and talent are given the opportunity to continue developing their skills for a year while working at the same time.
